We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full in-store credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
We do not offer refunds. You will receive an in-store credit that you may use toward frames, with or without prescription lenses or sunglasses. If your new choice is over the amount that you originally paid you will be responsible for paying the difference.
If you purchased frames and custom-made prescription lenses, the credit amount will be for the amount you paid for the frame only, as the lenses are custom made and cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCESS:
Any item returned must be in its original unused, undamaged, unworn condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and you will be issued an in-store credit.
RETURN SHIPPING:
- U.S. DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Please email us for a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept returns without being notified of the return first.
- Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return to process, as each frame is thoroughly inspected.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you decided to ship them back without contacting us, using your own shipping method, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages being returned to us.Â
- For Domestic purchases Only: We will provide a Shipping Label if needed.
- We don't charge restocking fee.
